Unlimited Site License
An unlimited site license allows the school or district to copy and distribute the software without limitation for use by its employees. A sample site license (pdf) is available for review. Base cost: $500 for an enrollment up to 1,000 students; $750 for an enrollment over 1,000 students.
Single-User License
A Single-User License allows the software to be installed and used on one computer not accessed by other users over a network. A sample single-user license (pdf) is available for review. Base cost: $250.
Base Cost Provisions
The base cost includes the following customization and support:
- Add school, district or agency letterhead (name, address, phone) to all forms and reports
- Add name, address, telephone number, and fax number of all district/agency schools
- Add school names to appropriate menu lists
- Specify cities and zip codes for menu lists
- For an elementary district, remove information, menus, & forms specific to high school
- For a high school district, remove information, menus, & forms specific to preschool and elementary school
- Email and telephone technical support
Additional customization is based upon the work requested @ $45.00/hour. There are no annual maintenance fees, no hidden charges, and no additional software or software site licenses required. Any program errors identified within 90 days of purchase will be corrected at no charge.
