How to Install
Download the installer file to your computer and then double-click it to begin installation. If you receive a security warning, such as “The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?”, click the “Run” button.
Follow the simple instructions from the installation window. By default, the program will be installed on the computer’s C drive, but during the installation process you have the option of changing the location for the program files. (You can install the program in a network folder and run the program from a server as long as you have a stable network connection.)
Once installed, you can run the program by double clicking the FormMatrix icon on your Desktop. The default password is demo31.
