About the Software Developer
Richard Flagle has over 22 years of experience as a certified school psychologist in Arizona public schools, and has worked with a wide range of preschool, elementary, and secondary school children. He has extensive experience in evaluating and providing special education services for disabled children. He has a masters degree in Educational Psychology and a bachelors degree in Psychology. His interest in technology solutions for educational problems has led him to take numerous postgraduate technology courses and seminars to develop his skills as a web site designer and database developer.
